Objective:Diflucan is an oral antifungal drug that is widely used for its anti-fungal effect and is available in various countries. All patients were treated with oral fluconazole, and their symptoms were assessed after the treatment. The mean total cumulative dose of fluconazole, measured at the beginning and 2 and 4 months after treatment, was 4.6 ± 4.2 mg/dose in Group A and 4.6 ± 5.2 mg/dose in Group B (P = 0.01). The mean cumulative dose of diflucan was 3.9 ± 2.4 mg/dose in Group A and 4.5 ± 5.4 mg/dose in Group B (P = 0.01).
